Refund Policy

Once the loan is processed, the service or processing fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstance.
- In case of loan rejection or cancellation from our end, any refundable balance (after deducting administrative charges) will be returned to the client.
Membership Withdrawal

Clients enrolled under any optional membership or loan scheme can request withdrawal by submitting a written request at least 30 days in advance.

Membership or administrative fees paid will not be refunded upon withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal reason.
Loan Logistics

All loans are disbursed only after complete document verification and confirmation of borrower eligibility.

Disbursement, EMI schedules, and deductions are handled through a transparent and documented process tailored to each client.
Grievance Redressal

Clients may raise concerns or complaints related to loan services via phone, email, or in person.

All grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 7 working days, based on the issue’s nature.
Dispute Mechanisms

Any disputes related to loan terms, repayment, or service delivery will be first addressed through internal resolution methods.

If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the applicable laws under the agreed jurisdiction mentioned in the loan agreement.
Rate of Interest

The rate of interest is 36% per annum, calculated on a diminishing balance basis, ensuring the borrower pays interest only on the outstanding loan amount.
